Sealing Machine with Process

A Sealing Machine is used to seal containers with induction wads, aluminium foils, or plastic seals to ensure products are leak-proof, tamper-evident, and contamination-free. It is widely used for HDPE, PET, and glass bottles or jars in the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and FMCG industries.

Sealing Process:

  • The container is filled and capped with a closure that has a seal or wad inside.
  • The sealed container passes through the induction sealing machine.
  • The machine uses electromagnetic induction to heat the aluminium layer of the wad.
  • This heat melts the sealant layer, bonding the foil tightly to the container’s mouth.
  • The result is a secure, airtight, and tamper-evident seal without direct contact or adhesives.
